    Wow. It was a good decision to have a late breakfast here at Sierra Cafe while enjoying our stay at Hyatt Regency. The servers were very welcoming and nice atmosphere. It's overlooking the mountain, so the view was amazing!! I ordered a pancake with berries since the server recommended it was one of their popular menues. I LOVE their pancakes so much. Pancake wasn't overall sweet or buttery. Soft and moist. The color was more brownish so I guess it's not just plain wheat (maybe wholegrain or mixed?). It came with plenty of fresh berries and ice cream on top. Can't go wrong

    Sierra Café is located on the lower level of Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort. Breakfast is served between 7-11:30 am and lunch is served between 12-3:30 pm. They do not serve dinner. The café has a good amount of tables with an outdoor area facing the resort pool. We didn't have any problem getting a table at around 9:00 am ish but they do get busy. We had breakfast here both mornings while staying at the Resort. They have all your basic breakfast items from eggs, omelets, pancakes, bacon and waffles. Everything we had was delicious. The pancake and omelet was probably my favorite. The breakfast buffet is only available on the weekend. Excellent service. The servers are attentive, friendly and professional.

    Fantastic food. Great service! We had breakfast here and ordered the mixed berry pancakes and the special which was huevos rancheros. Ambiance was chill and pretty.

    We stayed at the Hyatt and this cafe is located inside the hotel. I ate here two days in a row, there's not many other options inside the resort but as long as you got moving before 9am you had no problems getting seated right away. It was my son and I so we opted not to get the buffet and just order off their menu instead. The classic breakfast two eggs any style with both sausage and bacon were your standard and we both happily gobbled them up. The service was good, they continuously tended to drink and coffee refills and had everyone seemed very happy. Makes a big difference:) great staff. I also got the Greek yogurt and berries and this is by far one of the best yogurts I've ever tried. The honey drizzle and granola were so good! The wait for food takes a bit but that's bc they're always slammed for breakfast time. So maybe not the best choice if your in a time crunch.
